Communication that moves people to act starts with an understanding of their behaviours, barriers, and triggers. We apply behavioural science (how humans act) and social ethology (social behaviour) to everything we do, because we believe this is the only way to create experiences powerful enough to change how people think, feel and act.
With formal training in the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) Foundations in Public Participation and Planning for Effective Public Participation, we develop public participation and public engagement plans based on IAP2 principles. We can also provide the communications strategy and tactics for larger public engagement projects, working with your in-house staff and/or consultants.
