Near North Customs Brokers provides tailored, full-service customs brokerage and trade consulting services in Canada and the US. While its focus on people, technology and customer solutions was well-known within the sector, it needed a clarified marketing position.
Strategy & Work
Working with the Vice President, Client Services Manager and Vice President of the US Office, I proposed a new brand identity and website design that would remind current clients of the value of working with Near North Customs Brokers and raise awareness among potential clients. A discovery process led to clarified key messages and phrases as well as its core values that would be illustrated in both the new brand identity and website. I also proposed and created a digital newsletter to inform clients of important updates in the sector, including the biggest regulatory change in more than 20 years with the Canada Border Services Agency.
